Standard Plan: Includes everything in the Basic Plan plus unlimited remote support, user account management, proactive maintenance, and vendor liaison.
Premium Plan: Designed for businesses that require full coverage. Includes 24/7 support, onsite visits, advanced cybersecurity services, compliance support, cloud management, and strategic IT consulting./
Custom Plans: We can also tailor a subscription to match your business’s specific needs and budget. Whether you're a small team or a growing organization with complex infrastructure, we’ll build a plan that works for you.
Our services are billed in advance based on the agreed subscription plan. Because we allocate resources and plan support capacity in advance, we generally do not offer refunds for unused time or services.
However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or if you’re not satisfied with a specific aspect of our service, please reach out to us within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve it fairly—whether that means a credit toward future service or, in some cases, a partial refund.
